The Renogy Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery w/ Bluetooth is designed for the drop-in replacement of deep-cycle lead-acid batteries with its standard BCI group size. Weighing only half of the lead-acid counterparts, the battery can be safely discharged to 100% DOD (Depth of Discharge), delivering twice the energy. Manufactured with automotive grade battery cells, the battery features the highest safety standards and an extended cycle life. Hosting intelligent software, the advanced BMS (Battery Management System) provides comprehensive protection to the battery. The built-in Bluetooth module enables remote monitoring on mobile devices in real time.

Advanced BMS

The advanced BMS utilizing the software controller intelligently monitors the battery's operating conditions and oversees its safe operations. Continuously monitors conditions, redistributes energy resources in no time flat, and sends alerts in the event of a problem.

Auto-balancing Function

Thanks to the upgraded auto-balancing function, you can combine batteries in parallel more safely. We recommend connecting the batteries with appropriate cables to achieve optimal effect. Please note that do not connect batteries in series, and the maximum number that can connect in parallel is 8.

Energy Saving Mode

When the battery is not charging or discharged, it will automatically switch to energy-saving mode after 24 hours. Answer: The Renogy 12v 200ah lithium ion battery w/ Bluetooth will be shipped in shelf mode.Before using the 200ah battery for the first time, please activate the battery with a charge/discharge current greater than 1A and measure the terminal voltage to validate. Prior to long periods of storage, please disconnect the battery from the system. The lithium phosphate battery will enter shelf mode automatically after 24 hours. In shelf mode, the battery has a low self-discharge rate and can hold the charge for a longer period of time.

Q: What should I do if my 200ah lifepo4 battery shuts off due to a low state of charge(SoC)?

Answer: The ideal condition is to keep the SOC status of lithium iron phosphate batteries at the central SOC level (50%), the charging tends will become slower outside the range of 20-80%. Keeping the SOC of lithium iron phosphate batteries at an appropriate level will protect the batteries’ internal ambiance and prolong the service life. Please disconnect the 12v 200ah battery from loads and charge it as soon as possible if you found your battery shut off due to the low SoC status, in order to avoid possible irreversible damage caused to your battery.

Answer: This 12v 200ah deep cycle battery is capable of 2000 cycles (80%DOD) of perfect charge and discharge, after which the efficiency of the battery will drop to the factory performance. Of course, this doesn’t mean the battery has reached the end of its life but means the battery cannot be recharged to more than 80% of the original capacity anymore, but it is still good enough for regular use, such as use as a lithium RV battery, charge the 200ah battery to 80% will still provide you the power to support your daily need. Q: How to keep a Lithium-iron Phosphate battery healthy at low temperatures?

Answer: A Lithium-iron Phosphate battery will not charge and enters a low-temperature protection stage if the charging environment is below 32°F(0°C ). If you buy this Renogy Lithium-iron Phosphate deep cycle battery (200ah 12v w/ Bluetooth) without a self-heating function, please pay attention to timely charging it at the appropriate temperature to prevent the battery from over-discharging. Safe charging requires battery temperatures between 32°F and 131°F (0°C and 55°C). By minimizing exposure to conditions that accelerate degradation, Lithium-iron Phosphate batteries can last longer.

Q: What do I need know to connect multiple batteries in parallel?

Answer: When you design to connect multiple batteries in parallel, please keep the length of ALL cables consistent (from the positive end to the negative end). Battery cables (sold separately) should be appropriately sized to handle the expected load. Keep the connection tight by using the appropriate number of washers to allow for as much as possible thread engagement between the terminal, cable lugs, and busbars, without bottoming out the terminal bolt. And it is best to use flexible busbars or dedicated cables to connect batteries together. Note: DO NOT connect batteries in series. DO NOT connect batteries with different chemistries.
